Credit Card processing over the phone is only available on weekdays between 8am to 3:30pm.
Payment via Paypal
Paypal is a good option for both buyer and seller as it offers significant fraud protection. However it does take more time to setup as a new user than Paymate.
For Overseas Buyers
For overseas buyers Paypal is the only option we accept. Paypal also supports a wider range of credit cards including Amercian Express.

What shoe size standard do you use?
All our shoes are made to Australian standard sizing.
Do you have a template so I can measure my shoe size?
There is a myth that you should be able to draw the outline of your foot on the ground then try to use this as a guide to the size of the shoe. This just does not work!
Without a doubt the most important determinant of shoe fit is the design and finish of the shoe front end. For example; you have a wide foot. A narrow pointy front is not going to allow your foot to slide all the way in. However, a strappy open shoe will happily accommodate your extra foot width. How long will it take to recieve my order?
All orders are processed on Tuesdays & Thursdays. All shoes are sent via Toll Express next day delivery Australia wide (Overnight only to Metropolitan Areas).

Shipping Information
All orders are shipped twice weekly on Tuesday & Thursday via Toll overnight Express service (Overnight only to Metropolitan Areas).
All orders are trackable, insured and require a signature upon receipt unless you notify us otherwise during checkout.
If you wish to sign for the goods please make sure that there will be someone available during business hours at the shipping address. In the event Toll are unable to deliver they will request extra charges for delivery.

Limitation Of Liability And Warranty
All items offered for sale on this site have been displayed with the pictures and text supplied by the manufacturer. Whilst every effort is made to verify this information, mistakes can occur for which Womens Shoes Australia cannot accept any liability.
If however, this effects the use of your purchase, we will be happy to exchange any item as detailed in the return and refunds section within Store Policies.
Warranty for all items remains with the manufacturer.
Manufacturer Warranty
All BDA Mischief & Hinako footwear is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Manufacturer’s defects will be determined by BDA and/or Hinako respectively. Valid claims will receive credit toward exchange of the footwear product. Improper fit is not valid criteria for warranty. Warranty valid only with proof of purchase from an authorised reseller. Misuse, abuse or alteration of product voids warranty.
Returns Policy
Please note all shoes can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the receipt of delivery.The shoes do not fit:
If you buy a pair of shoes from us and they do not fit, we offer a 7 day exchange service with the below conditions:
- The shoes are returned in the same condition they were sent.
- You pay for the return postage. All shoes are to be returned by a form of registered traceable postage, we recommend Australia Post Bags.
- You complete our Returns Form and enclose a self addressed 3kg Express Post bag for redelivery.
- Once sent please notify us via email at sales(at)womens-shoes.net.au
FYI - Even if you are unlucky enough to have to exchange or return a pair of shoes most people find they still saved money over the retail price.

Pricing
All the pricing on the website and the quotes we give you are based on market prices and what we have in stock. If prices go up we have to charge you more money. If you place an order and we do not have stock, and our new stock has gone up in price then we have to charge you the new price (we try to avoid this). However this works both ways, if prices go down, we will charge you less money. We would never charge a credit card a different price without the buyers permission. If you are not happy with the new price you can cancel the order without penalty.

Online Transactions:
We use Paymate and Paypal to process online credit card transactions as both have excellent security practices. If you do not feel comfortable processing your card online you may phone or fax your details through. Once processed all records with your details are destroyed. We do not keep credit card details.
Purchasing Risks
There are a few things you should know as a consumer before purchasing any goods.
Ownership:
If you pay for the product before it is shipped, you own the product ex warehouse. i.e. When we give the product to the courier, you own it. If the courier loses it, we are not liable to replace it. However, even though we are not obligated to replace it, more often then not we will. If you purchase on account, Womens Shoes Australia retains ownership until you pay. If you cannot pay, we are legally entitled to collect the goods from you.
Liability
